Am I a real entrepreneur?

1. Entrepreneurial spirit: element to evaluate if a person is proactive in a business-sense.

2. Effective communication: capacity of transmitting content-loaded ideas and to always offer an empathetic and open behavior towards the other members.
   
   
3. Leadership: this element allows evaluating the dynamic and proactive behavior that inspires confidence and a high level of charisma: To inform the visions in a clear manner.
   
   
4. Creativity: attitude and behavior that comprise a permanent search for new focuses and ideas: to constantly implement new situations.
   
   
5. Teamwork: to work better as a team, rather than individually, with a strong and productive attitude towards collaboration and solidarity.
   
   
6. Achievement-oriented: this element allows the evaluation of the attitudes and wishes related to success, reaching the targets, and planned objectives.
   
   
7. Client-oriented: to identify with the needs and preferences of the clients; the capacity of carrying-out actions that are not exclusively related to ones role.
   
   
8. Inter-personal relations: the person manages a set of strategies to intervene in inter-personal crisis. Can give support to others.
   
   
9. Resilience to frustration: to recognize ones mistakes and failures; to analyze thoroughly the causes of the negative situations.
   
   
10. Commercially proactive: the heroic efforts to reach determined results consist of taking personal risks and to implement the rules in a flexible manner, based on a common-sense.

The instrument includes two spreadsheets. In the first spreadsheet, called “Factors”, you should insert for each factor the letter that best describes your current behavior. Based on the answers, the following spreadsheet – “Evaluation” – presents a graph with your entrepreneurial profile.

• If the entrepreneurial percentage is below 40%, you should assess if you are capable of starting a new business.
• On the other hand, if the obtained percentage is between 40 and 70%, you are a person that can initiate a new business with the support of a coaching process that strengthens your skills.
• In the case you obtained a percentage above 70%, please do not doubt to start a new business, since you have an appropriate entrepreneurial profile.
