1. All agreements established with the internal (entrepreneurs) and external clients (buyers), as well as the suppliers, will be fulfilled to their full extent.
2. Parque Tec’s employees, partners, and entrepreneurs will know comprehensively the products sold by the incubated companies.
3. Parque Tec’s employees and entrepreneurs are properly qualified in the area of client services. The company lives and practices a strong service culture.
4. Parque Tec’s employees and entrepreneurs will know the established processes and proceedings. In the same sense, as part of the ordinary organizational operations, they will possess a general knowledge on the required procedures. All of this with the purpose of not affecting negatively the client for not knowing the processes of a requested procedure.
5. All telephone calls are answered at a maximum of four ring-tones.
6. All messages are answered and the telephone calls are returned.
7. All clients receive a special attention and a continuous follow-up.
8. All service requests are answered within 24 hours. In the cases the fulfillment of the requests demands more time, the client is notified.
9. All observations made by a client, positive or negative, are preceded by a note of gratitude.
10. All products offered will be perfect. The clients will have no disadvantages in using them.
11. The promised periods of answering will always be met. |
